Kindle news!

Good news my fellow literature lovers! For those who own a Kindle and have an Amazon Prime account, you are able to access the Kindle Owners' Lending Library! Over 5,000 books, including recent and former New York Times Bestsellers, will be able for Kindle users to check out. Even though it is only one book a month, there are no late fees!

Despite being elated over the news, I will not stop using public libraries, nor has it deterred me from purchasing books. There’s nothing like cracking open a book and flipping through the pages, but the Kindle has come in handy in terms of saving shelf-space. This brings up the million dollar question, how will this affect public libraries?
